Payment

  • Jobs done between Monday 12:00am to Sunday 11:59pm are paid the following Friday. A statement with the breakdown is issued on Thursday.

  • We believe in fair and predictable pricing for our riders, so no, we never surge! But we do offer drivers 50 hours of constant peak time every week where you earn 1.2x more.

  • Tipping is optional, however many customers tip their drivers.  You keep 100% of your tips! The customers have the option to select a suggested tip amount, or input another amount.

Please note that when you view your past jobs under “History” in the app, your Gross Pay is displayed. You can see your Net Pay in the full pay breakdown in the weekly driver statement that is emailed to you. If you have any specific issues or questions, please send us an email with you Driver ID# and what you need help with to drivers-us@gett.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
