What is the cancellation policy?

A $5 cancellation fee may apply if you:

    1.     Cancel at least five minutes after you requested a driver.
    2.     Cancel after your driver has arrived.
    3.     Do not show up.

    Each user has a grace period before being charged for a canceled order. The app will alert you of this grace period once you’ve opted to cancel.
